SDG 05 – Gender Equality 2025

DMU began in 1986 as Dubai Medical College for Girls, among the UAE's first medical colleges, at a time when few women in the region could study medicine. Four decades on, women make up almost all of its student body, and DMU's 2025 work extended that mission to women's health in the community (Link).
