Clinical Instructor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver clerkship teaching aligned with program learning outcomes
• Support development and implementation of clerkship syllabi and course files in line with CAA requirements
• Conduct bedside teaching, ambulatory care teaching, simulation, and clinical instruction
• Monitor student progress and provide formative and summative feedback
• Assist in clinical assessments (e.g., MCQs, OSCE, DOCEE)
• Review clinical logbooks, case studies, and EBM activities
• Provide student mentorship and academic support
• Participate in faculty development, CPD, annual reporting, and committee activities

Qualifications & experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required); Master's degree in Nursing (required).
• License: Valid Nursing License (DHA, MOH, or DOH) or eligibility for one.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience; teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
